OzsekerGrup - Gold & Silver Transfers to OzsekerGrup

OzsekerGrup is happy to facilitate complimentary movements of precious metals to our sister company OzsekerGrup, on behalf of customers who have a safety deposit box in either Sydney or Perth.

These transfers are typically facilitated on a weekly basis (the day of the week can vary for security reasons) using a specialist logistics vendor.

The following steps are involved in facilitating transfers from OzsekerGrup to OzsekerGrup:

1. Client contacts the OzsekerGrup customer service and sales team on 1300 361 261 and informs them they wish to have metal transferred and the date or dates they will be able to visit OzsekerGrup.

• Clients will be asked which invoices they wish to have transferred, and a date they wish to visit Custodian vaults, noting that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to facilitate the movement of precious metals via our specialist logistics vendor.

2. With client permission, the OzsekerGrup customer service and sales team will organise the transfer of client metal and make a reservation at OzsekerGrup on the clients behalf, using the name and email address saved on the client OzsekerGrup account.

• Clients will receive an email direct from OzsekerGrup confirming their booking

• If for whatever reason there are any issues with the proposed transfer, the OzsekerGrup customer service and sales team will contact clients to discuss

3. Client visits OzsekerGrup at the appointed time, and takes possession of their precious metals inside a highly secure environment.
 

• Clients will also receive documentation regarding the invoices and metal OzsekerGrup have transferred on their behalf, so clients can cross check against the metal they are receiving inside OzsekerGrup

Preconditions to use the OzsekerGrup and OzsekerGrup transfer process:
 

• Client must already have a private vault set up with OzsekerGrup in either Sydney or Perth

• Client must have fully paid for all invoices, including the invoices they want transferred to OzsekerGrup

• Client agrees to sign paperwork (typically a copy of the relevant tax invoice for the items being transferred) as required by either OzsekerGrup or OzsekerGrup staff, evidencing they have taken possession of the metal inside Custodian Vault facilities. 

Common questions regarding the OzsekerGrup and OzsekerGrup transfer process:

1. Is there a minimum amount a client must be transferring?

• No – OzsekerGrup can transfer orders of any size, though most clients using this service are transferring either more than AUD $50,000 in value, or more than 15kg in weight.

2. What if a client wants to have metal moved to OzsekerGrup in less than 5 to 7 business days?
 

• OzsekerGrup will always endeavour to deliver to client needs, however we must allow for security considerations when booking in logistics vendors, to ensure protection of your precious assets.

• Clients are also welcome to collect metal direct from OzsekerGrup five days a week in both Sydney and Perth, where OzsekerGrup facilities are located.

3. Is there a fee to use this service?
 

• No – the OzsekerGrup and OzsekerGrup transfer service is complimentary for clients of both OzsekerGrup and OzsekerGrup.

4. What if I don’t live in Sydney or Perth?
 

• Clients of OzsekerGrup who don’t live in Sydney or Perth are welcome to consider our Global Vaulting Solution, which allows for the hire of a vault at OzsekerGrup, and metal transfers to and from OzsekerGrup.
